Dr. Diana Rivera, PT, DPT

Diana earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from the University of Central Florida in 2017 and has over eight years of clinical experience. She specializes in orthopedic and post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain, and balance and vestibular disorders. Using evidence-based manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training, she creates personalized treatment plans to help patients reduce pain, restore mobility, and regain confidence. Fluent in English and Spanish, Diana is committed to ongoing education and providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Dr. Ivan D. Nieves

Originally from Hatillo, Puerto Rico, Dr. Nieves earned his bachelor’s degree in microbiology from the University of Puerto Rico in Arecibo in 2004. He continued his education at Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida in Port Orange, where he pursued his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from 2006 to 2009, graduating in June 2009.
Dr. Nieves brings extensive experience in interventional pain management, personal injury care, sports medicine, and family chiropractic. In addition, he expanded his expertise by completing training in electrodiagnostics in 2015.
He resides in Deland, Florida, with his wife and two children, dedicated to both his professional practice and his family life.

Roseliz Palacios TLHT Physician Assistant

Roseliz Palacios is a Venezuelan physician committed to helping patients improve their health, mobility, and quality of life. She graduated from medical school in 1997 and completed her specialization in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in 2001.
After moving to the United States, she continued her professional development and earned certification as a Physician Assistant. Her combined medical education and rehabilitation experience allow her to provide knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient-centered care.
Throughout her career, Roseliz Palacios has demonstrated perseverance, professionalism, and a strong commitment to serving others. Her journey from practicing medicine in Venezuela to becoming a certified Physician Assistant in the United States reflects her dedication to healthcare and lifelong learning.

Eduardo Comas CCPA

Eduardo Comas was born in Cuba and earned his degree in Physical Culture in 1985. In 1994, he moved to the United States, where he continued his professional education and training in healthcare.
He studied massage therapy and later became certified as a Chiropractic Physician Assistant and Physical Therapist Assistant. For the past 20 years, Eduardo has devoted much of his career to caring for patients injured in automobile accidents. His experience has focused on helping them manage pain, restore mobility, recover physical function, and improve their quality of life.
Eduardo's professional journey reflects perseverance, continuous learning, and a strong commitment to compassionate patient care and physical rehabilitation.
